Obituary for Bernard William Gregorich

Bernard Gregorich, age 74, a resident of Calumet passed away on Thursday March 18, 2016 at Mayo Clinic Health System-Oakridge in Osseo, Wisconsin.
He was born on June 3, 1941 to William and Edith (Kaipio) Gregorich in Laurium, Michigan.
He graduated with the Class of 1959 from Calumet High School.
He worked at Inductoheat Industries in Madison Heights, Michigan for 38 years.
Bernard loved to hunt, go for rides on the four-wheeler, and fish. He loved just being outdoors. He loved to go camping in his RV, and taking many trips out to the lake. He also enjoyed to go bowling with his friends. He was an avid Detroit sports fan.
He was a member of the United States Army, serving in the Vietnam War.
He was a member of the Sacred Heart Church in Calumet, and a member of the Mohawk American Legion Post 230.
On November 25, 1994 he married his wife Jill Anne Smith in Mohawk, Michigan.
He is preceded in death by his parents, his second wife Geraldine Gregorich, and numerous aunts and uncles.

Friends may call at the Erickson Crowley Peterson Funeral Home in Calumet on Tuesday March 22, 2016 from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm, and on Wednesday March 23, 2016 from 10:00 am – 11:00 am at the Erickson Crowley Peterson Funeral Home.
A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday March 23, 2016 at 11:30 AM at the Sacred Heart Church in Calumet with Father Abraham Mupparathara to officiate and Deacon Art Stancher to assist.
Burial will take place in the spring at Calvary Cemetery in Ahmeek, Michigan.
