Obituary for Kathleen Kaye Spagnotti

Kathleen Spagnotti, age 56, of Ahmeek passed away at her home on November 17, 2017.
Kathy was born to Anniable and Marcella (Hocking) Spagnotti on March 16, 1961 in Laurium.
She attended Calumet High School.
She went on to attend Suomi College graduating with an associate degree in psychology.
Kathy was a member and very involved in the St Paul the Apostle Catholic Church.
She was also a member of the Society of Margaret and Mary, and the Daughters of Italy.
Kathy was a very active volunteer for numerous organizations including St Vincent De Paul and within the church. In her free time, she enjoyed hiking, walking the local beaches, picking berries, and to bake and cook for her kids and grandkids. She loved the outdoors and enjoyed to travel. Kathy was a very spiritual and nature oriented person. Her kids and grandkids were her life and she enjoyed supporting their endeavors.
Preceding her in death were her father, Anniable Spagnotti, mother Marcella Lahti, and brother James Spagnotti.

And numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will take place at the Erickson Crowley Peterson Funeral Home in Calumet on Monday, November 20, 2017 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
Funeral Mass will be held at St Paul the Apostle Church on Tuesday, November 21 at 11:00 AM, with Father Abraham Mupparathara to officiate.
