Condolence: My heart is truly broken, Uncle Ron was very special to me, and will miss the phone calls and him saying hi birdie, which he called me since I was small. I know you are not hurting anymore and for that I’m happy, but I will miss you so much and love you very Much. Robin

Condolence From: Bonnie and Jim Hay
Condolence: We will really miss Ron at Gratiot Lake. He was our expert on all things related to ducks and always had interesting observations of wildlife he saw at the lake. Ron's two wood duck nest boxes have housed many broods (mostly mergansers) over the years. He would keep tabs on those clutches of eggs almost as well as the mother ducks did! Ron's care for, appreciation of, and enjoyment of nature was something that enriched the lives of all of us.

Condolence From: Dan Glinn
Condolence: It is said that life must go on, and Scotty would agree. But I sure will miss this guy. He gave me a treasure of memories of the best fishing and hunting buddies a guy could hope for. His upbeat attitude in spite of the health issues was also an inspiration. Rest well my friend. Sure will miss you on the river in April.
