Crystal Gay Anderson, of Hancock, Michigan, went peacefully to be with her heavenly Father on February 4, 2023. She was born May 10, 1966 as the fifth child of Waino E. Anderson of Gay, Mi and Nadine J. Anderson (Jurmo) of Detroit, Mi. She was raised in Farmington, Michigan and spent the second half of her life, raising her children in the Upper Peninsula. She devoted her life to her children and shared her passion for travel with them. In 2002, with hardwork and determination, she graduated with her Associate Degree in Nursing. She was a beloved nurse and spent her nursing career caring for the elderly, making sure each patient felt like they were getting the highest standard of care. She was predeceased by her loving father, Waino Emil Anderson. She is survived by her mother: Nadine Joyce Helene Anderson, two children and four grandchildren: Mitchell (Cassandra) Anderson, Waino & Tillie, Madelyn Anderson, Esra & Evie, her four brothers, their wives and numerous nieces and nephews.
Crystal will be laid to rest, beside her father, in Lakeview Cemetery in Calumet, Michigan.
